Through the Sunshine Corporate Impact Partnership (SCIP), Sunshine Charity Society works with corporate partners on health-equity and business-ambassador programs that extend our education and mentorship work into the workplace.
How Community Intelligence Works
Sunshine remains the public Community Gateway. PCI is the authenticated WSI/CES Community Intelligence environment where a future, separately approved Pilot may test a human-governed coordination lifecycle. Real-user Pilot operation is not yet authorized.

Purpose
The Pilot is being prepared to test: Identify Need -> Discover Capacity -> Confirm Availability -> Coordinate -> Human Decision -> Fulfil -> Evidence -> Outcome -> Learn -> Strengthen Community.
SDG11 is the community outcome destination, SDG16 is the governance and accountability frame, and SDG17 is the partnership and federation frame.
Human governance
Consequential decisions remain with authorized humans. AI, AI Agents, and PCI may support review, explanation, and evidence preparation only.
They are not independently authorized to determine Human Worth or deservingness, approve eligibility, allocate resources, authorize referrals, approve spending, execute payments, execute CES transactions, or make consequential participant decisions.
Participant information
Real participant information may only be collected after the applicable Pilot Gate, consent, safeguarding, retention, and data-route approvals.
Participant rights must include purpose disclosure, access boundary, consent, withdrawal, correction or dispute, and applicable retention. Approved consent and retention details do not yet exist.
Responsibilities
Sunshine Charity: program operation, participant-facing coordination, participant support, safeguarding, and Sunshine-authorized responsibilities.
WSI/CES: Community Cloud, PCI, IAM, CRM/ERPNext, Marketplace, governance, and AI/AI-Agent and digital capabilities within approved boundaries.
Partners / Communities: approved resources, services, skills, time, or capacities only; no authority beyond the approved role.
Financial and resource transparency
Pilot control distinguishes Sunshine cash/program resources, WSI/CES pre-existing digital assets, WSI/CES Pilot-specific digital, AI, and human contributions, Sunshine staff/volunteer contributions, partner/community/CES resources, and incremental Sunshine-specific requirements.
Existing WSI/CES capabilities are not automatically treated as new Sunshine procurement costs. New Sunshine-specific costs or resource commitments require transparent allocation and authorized human approval.
Co-production chain
Requested Action -> Human Approval -> Contributor -> Cash / Human / Digital / AI Resources -> Fulfilment -> Evidence -> Outcome
This supports transparent co-production and co-productivity review.
Change and exception control
Activity outside approved scope, WBS/action, budget/resource authority, participant/data boundary, stakeholder authority, or app/system authority must not proceed automatically and requires review or change control.
Pause / stop conditions
Pause or stop for missing or withdrawn consent, safeguarding concern, unauthorized participant-data use, unauthorized financial commitment, material scope or budget variance, AI/Agent action outside authority, or a material difference between approved and actual system behaviour.
Temporary authority
Pilot authorization is temporary and non-self-renewing. Pilot success does not automatically authorize permanent operation, expanded participants, broader data use, additional financial authority, AI authority, CES transactions, or scaling.
