Possible Compatibility

Need meets capacity

WSI/CES may identify a possible Need ↔ Capacity connection and explain why it may be relevant.

Human-reviewed Pathway

People remain responsible

AI does not decide who is worthy or deserving. Consequential coordination and fulfilment require human decision.

Synthetic records

The PCI meeting demonstration uses synthetic records only. Fulfilment shown in the walkthrough is a preview or proposal, not an executed transaction.

No Human Worth Scoring. No person is ranked by dignity, worth, employability, social credit, or deservingness.
